這是一場關於性/別運動的真心話大冒險。
如果你認為有人（或者你）在香港認真搞性/別運動，你，願意來挑戰嗎？
不論你我他她Ta...都可能有著，最有力量又最傷痛的運動參與經驗，我們的「真心話」拼湊起來，就是性/別運動處境最真實的剖析。跳出既有身份、組織和想法，互相看見和連結，探索新生機，就是敢於和而不同的「大冒險」。
去年初起，一群女性、同志、跨性別運動者，還有關注性/別的社區組織者、工會組織者、左翼人士、學者、學生、基進教會、團體和個人.......破天荒走在一起，討論逐漸失去動力、脫水（無錢、無人...）、被邊緣化的性/別運動，還可點樣搞下去。
今次的反轉會議是個延伸的新嘗試，本著平等參與和分享的精神，期望在互動間形成一個「有機」的開放平台。誠邀有heart有膽的你，一同來交流、學習、協作！仲會有來自澳門、中、台、韓的朋友一起參加架。

This is a "Truth or Dare" challenge about gender justice movements.
If you think somebody (or you are) is participating in the movements seriously, will you join?
We all have been empowered and injured while participating in the movements. Our words of "truth" are the fragments, mapping out a real face of the movements.
Thinking beyond our identities, organisations and other boundaries, to recognise and connect with others and, to explore new way out, is "dare" to be cohesive and different at the same time.
Last year, groups of women, LGBTAIQ+, trans activist, and community organizers, unionists, leftists, scholars, students, progressive churches and individuals who concern about the gender justice movements in HK gathered for the first time. They discussed how to move on in a circumstance where gender issues are marginalized, motivation is declining and resources are shrinking...
This 'un-conference' is a brand-new trial! Embracing principles of equal participation and sharing, we hope to form an "organic" platform for you to exchange, learn and collaborate!
What's more, prominent movement activists from China, Taiwan, Korea and Macau will share their experience with us in the 'un-conference'!

Unconference是什麼
Unconference 是透過即場分享，達到跨領域交流的創新活動。 受制於面書演算法的回音室，縱然各個傘後團體各有其目標和使命，我們卻未能好好交流和了解其他人的自發行動。在網絡年代，共同協作是否可能呢？
五月六至七日的 Unconference 活動，讓各民間組織/個人自發分享、召集、發展項目，冀促進跨界別協作，打破山頭主義，並發展由下而上的社會行動。 簡單而言，Unconference 就是一場簡單的交流會。主辦方準備幾個房間，供即場申請時段，你便可以在 Common Area 張貼自己的演講內容簡介，尋找在場志同道合朋友，按時出席你已申請的交流時段，一同商討你所提出的行動方式。當然，你亦可以到場聽聽他人提出的社會行動模式，一同協作完成不同project。
主辦性經文社是一個自發組織，關注及介入女性主義在性別、經濟、文化及社會的進程。
