『河流污染』四隻字，看似平淡，卻是自然界的各種控訴！ 藻華（Algal bloom）是因為自然因素，在海面上形成一些綠色的海藻。這問題看起來好像與我們毫無關係，並且嚴重性不高，但是事實卻正正相反。它不但會令飲用水源受到威脅，更會令水下生物因缺乏氧氣和營養而死亡，從而通過食物鏈影響人類健康。

大家可以在明信片中寫下自己的夢想或想實現的事。在達成以後，才能拿回明信片，或轉寄他人。
